STAPLES Savings!

If you are in need of some office supplies, check out the STAPLES ad this week. They have a ton on sale. Here's a link to their ad.

I picked up everything you see in the picture plus one HP black ink cartridge and one tri-color ink cartridge for my printer which were buy one get one at half price. Even though they had tons on sale, I stuck to my list and only bought what I needed or knew I would use.

Here's how I did it.

If you have a Staples Rewards card, you can buy these items and receive 100% in the form of a coupon check in February. Yes, it's only good for use at Staples but I always find myself needing something from there. You only are permitted to buy 1 each of the items below.The items in red are what I bought.

They also have advertised some items that you can purchase and then receive a rebate on them. This is where I picked up the photo paper and the brights copy paper for $2.00 each. Although the ad says the brights copy paper should be $3.00, I'm getting back all but two dollars on my rebate check. You can do the rebate online at their "Easy Rebates" center and it seriously took just a few minutes. They will send me a check for those two rebates that I can deposit in my bank account.
